Anthony "Tony" Garner

Tony Garner, 58, of Beaufort, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Carteret Health Care.

A memorial service will be held at 7pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at Bridgeway Church of Beaufort with Pastor Porter Graves III officiating.

Tony was a family man who spent his life helping others. He loved his granddaughter, Destiney, dearly and was always there to cheer her on at softball games. He was a USMC veteran who worked in Information Technology.

He is survived by his wife, Claudia Garner; daughter, Tiffany Stanley of Gloucester; beloved granddaughter and apple of his eye, Destiney Stanley of Gloucester; brothers, John Garner (Sue) of Leonard Town Maryland, Keith Garner of Port Tobacco, Maryland; sisters, Paula Garner of the family home, Wanda Garner of Columbia, Pennsylvannia; and a niece, Tina Garner.
