James 'Jd' Duffy Arnold Sr.

James D. Arnold Sr., "JD", 80 of Mill Creek, passed away Tuesday September 2nd, 2015 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport surrounded by his loving family. His service will be on Saturday, September 5th at 1pm at Graham Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church in Mill Creek. JD loved the river and oystering was his favorite. He worked for many years with Larry Arnold Docks and Seawalls. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Ellen Noyes Arnold, and their children; Ellen A Thomas & husband Zane of Quaker Hill Ct., James D Arnold Jr of Mill Creek, Jayne Arnold Brown and husband Bobby of Fernandina Beach Florida, Melissa A Osborne and husband Geord of Harlowe, Cheyenne and Jamyz Wright of Harlowe, and Joyce Arnold of Newport North Carolina, grandchildren; Thomas, Adam, Jeromy, Bobby Jr, Melissa Hope, Felicia, Richard, Abigail, James, Anita, Vickie, Mary, and Tayiana. Great Grandchildren; Megan, Jeromy Jr, Autumn, Artemio Jr, Gabriela, Ryleigh, Justin, Rayna, Schon, Steven, Jonathan, Matilyn, Aalazurus, Zacarius, JoJo, Kailsey, MaKaylah, MaKenzie, and Logan, his brothers and sisters; Larry Arnold, Linwood Arnold, Lois Sawyers, Nellie Guthrie, Mark Arnold, William Arnold and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was also loved by his companions Sparky and Bear!
