James Milton Hill

James Milton Hill, 68, of Harkers Island, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Free Grace Wesleyan Church on Harkers Island with Pastor Clint Nelson officiating. The family will receive friends in the church hall following the service. He is survived by his mother, Madge Whitley Guthrie; two sisters, Joannette Mason and husband, Perry B. Mason; Marie G. Willis and husband, Robert Wayne Willis; two nephews and two nieces whom he adored and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman O. Hill; and stepfather, Kilby "Tommy" Guthrie.
