"Buddy" Marvin Hardison, Jr., 39, of Newport, passed away Saturday December 10, 2016 in Newport. The family will celebrate his life privately. He is survived by his father, Marvin Hardison, Sr. of Pollocksville; step-mother, Sherry Hardison of Pollocksville; three sisters, Rita Taylor of Newport; Cristy Hardison of Havelock; Samantha Hardison of Pollocksville; two nieces, Amber Lee of Havelock; Bobbie Taylor of California; nephew, Mikel Hardison of Havelock.
