Francis 'Frank' Edward Mcguigan

Obituary Francis "Frank" E. McGuigan, 89 years old, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at his home in Newport. Frank was born in Trenton, New Jersey on September 14, 1930. He had primary careers as a high school teacher and principal, and later as a wood working business owner before retiring. A memorial service is being planned. He is survived by his 6 children, all whom he influenced tremendously.
