Francis Wade

Adrian “Francis” Wade, 93, of Beaufort, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport.

Francis, an Army Veteran, was co-owner of Wade & Lewis Heating and Air. He also worked many years in construction.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at North River Methodist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, of sixty-nine years, Billie Wade; two daughters, Adrienne Gillikin and Sharon Williams; two granddaughters, Christine Payne and Danielle Williams, and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Martha Wade; sister, Daisy Sokolosky; brother, Logan Whitehurst; and son-in-law, Timothy Gillikin.
