Obituary Harlan "Brogie" Brogren, 86, of Emerald Isle passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at his home. The family will celebrate his life privately. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ruth Brogren of Emerald Isle; daughter, Pam Taylor of Emerald Isle; son, Harley Brogren of Spicer, MN; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Anna Brogren; brother, Marvin Brogren and sister, Doris Jensen.
