James Franklin Willis Sr., 49, of Otway, passed away Saturday February 6, 2016 at his home. The family will celebrate his life privately. He is survived by his two sons, James Willis Jr. of Vancleave, MS; Ben Willis of Otway; daughter, Megan Willis of Havelock; three grandchildren, Leona Willis of Vancleave, MS; Jonathan Willis of Otway; Michelle Willis of Beaufort; mother, Susan Gibbs of Otway; four sisters, Beth Gillikin of Beaufort; Susan Willis of Davis; Natlie Johnson of Otway; Elona Dyer of Otway; brother, Robert Bowman of Otway.
