Larry Clifton

Larry Gregory Clifton, 63, of Newport, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at his home.

Larry loved to hunt, fish, and to be on the water. 

The family will celebrate his life privately.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Clifton of Newport; stepson, Jason Jeffares of Washington, DC; mother, Viva Wilson of Julian, NC; sister, Tammie Lilly and husband, David of Summerfield, NC; sister, Rhonda Lang and husband, Mike of Trinity, NC; brother, Randy Wilson and wife, Lisa of Julian, NC; several nieces and nephews.

 He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Eugene “Jeep” Clifton and step-father, Peter Wilson.
