Obituary Samuel "Sam" Piner, Jr., 65, of Beaufort passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2018 at Carteret Memorial Gardens in Beaufort. He is survived by his two sons, Jason and Jordan Piner of Beaufort; two sisters, Sandra Piner Beacham of Beaufort; Susan Piner Avery of Beaufort.
