Obituary Tammy Jewel Wright, 61, of Otway, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at ECU Medical Center of Greenville. Tammy was a faithful member of Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a humble and selfless care giver for many years. She loved to cook and bake, her home was where everyone wanted to be and she was a Mother to everyone. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday at Vergie Mae Cemetery in Harkers Island with Pastor Dell Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday at Harker Island Pentecostal Holiness Church of Harkers Island. She is survived by her three sons, Ricky Guthrie Jr. and husband, Eddie of Wilmington; Adam Guthrie of Otway; Rev Matt Guthrie and wife, MaLaura of Alliance; sister, Brooke Brazie and fiance, Jamie Gillikin Jr. of Beaufort; 13 grandchildren; mother, Verena Brazie of Harkers Island; two brothers, Mitchell Brazie and significate other, Linda Johnson of Beaufort; Phillip Brazie of Harkers Island and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Brazie; husband, Phillip Wright; brother, Ryan Brazie.
