William "Bill" Edward Blair, 84, of Beaufort, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at First Methodist Church in Morehead City, officiated by Pastor Patrick Whaley. Inurnment to follow at the church columbarium. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the church.
