Obituary
Crystal Lee Sims, 38, of Sea Level passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City.
Crystal enjoyed hunting and going to the beach. She loved her family and helping people.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Sea Level Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Nelson Bay Cemetery in Sea Level. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM on Friday at the church.
She is survived by her daughter, Amber Sims of Beaufort; five sons: Hunter, Gunner, Jackson, Brody, and Darrell; granddaughter, Aliyah Murray; mother, Cindy Salter of Sea Level; two brothers, Michale Sadler of Waltertown, NC; Frankie Salter of Sea Level; sister, Jacqueline Jordan and husband, Dylan of Harkers Island; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, including Joseph Franklin Taylor of Durham, NC.
She is preceded in death by her father, Franklin Wayne Salter; maternal grandparents, Andy and Carol Jackson; paternal grandparents, Franklin and Judy Salter.
