Obituary
Patricia “Tesey” Sparks, 64, of Harkers Island, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023 at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Refuge Fellowship Church of Harkers Island with Manley Rose officiating. Private burial will take place at Vergie Mae Cemetery.
Tesey was born January 24, 1958 to the late James and Genny Jones. She was born and raised on Harkers Island, NC. In 1977, she married her late husband, Roger Sparks. Being a mom was her biggest accomplishment and Adam and Hollie were her world. One of her favorite roles in life was being a grandmother. She had many talents and hobbies throughout the years. She enjoyed baking and decorating cake, decorating and hosting events, crafting, sewing, and gardening. Tesey will be remembered for her big heart. She truly loved her family and friends.
